Shipping policy
| Dispatch & Processing | Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Fridays will be dispatched on the next available working day. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. |

Standard Delivery - Delivered within 48 hours of dispatch. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Please note that during busy periods, dispatch may take up to 1–3 working days. Express Delivery - Delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. |
| Carrier | We ship via Royal Mail. Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, which you can use to follow your delivery online. |
| Delays | Although uncommon, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience in these situations. |
| Lost or Missing Parcels | If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll do our best to help. Please note that once a parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, it is outside of our control. In this instance, you will need to contact Royal Mail directly to find out what has happened to your order. |
